Experience  Jeffrey has been involved in the successful financing of a broad range of private and public companies. Prior to Dragonfly Capital, Jeffrey was a Managing Director at Oberon Securities and the Founder and Managing Director of Growth Alliance Group, a financial consulting firm specializing in structuring and placing a variety of debt transactions for small and mid size companies. Prior to that, Jeffrey worked at Colebrooke Capital, a New York based investment bank that focused on equity placements and mergers & acquisitions.  Jeffrey also spent considerable time with Fastwired, a technology incubator and venture capital firm, and has served as Director of Sales and Business Development with an e-commerce software company.  Jeffrey's experience includes working closely with management of both early stage and mature companies in the technology, healthcare, multimedia, energy and environmental industries.

MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business

Personal  Jeffrey lives in New York City and is married with one son.
