Experience Glenn has more than seventeen year's experience in serving the eCommerce and financial services industries as a consultant, product executive, and currently, as investment banker. At Dragonfly Capital, Glenn focuses primarily on growth capital financings or mergers and acquisitions for Renewable Energy and Clean Tech companies. Over the past few years, he has completed deals involving wind, solar, clean coal, biofuels, and smart grid technologies.

Prior to joining Dragonfly Capital, he was the Online Bill Payments and Transfers Executive for Bank of America. Glenn served as Senior Technologist and Vice President of Product Development for Adhesion Technologies, an Internet wealth-management technology company, before joining Bank of America. Glenn was also Vice President of technology services for First Union Securities prior to Adhesion Technologies. More recently, Glenn has also worked as a consultant to the largest financial services companies in the US.
