Experience  David has over 25 years of investment banking experience in the utility, energy, and equipment finance sectors and currently serves as Co-Founder and Managing Director at Clean Energy Capital, an affiliate of Dragonfly Capital for M&A and Corporate Finance transactions. David formerly headed renewable energy finance for Citigroup's top-ranked public finance division, and his professional background includes senior positions at Lehman Brothers, Babcock & Brown, and Credit Suisse First Boston. David serves renewable energy project developers in solar, wind, geothermal and biomass sectors.

Personal  David resides in Berkeley with his wife and two daughters.  His doctoral dissertation addressed federal and state governance of U.S. electric generation projects.
